Terms and Conditions :	All deposits are due no later than February 1st, 2009. Balances are refundable up to 30 days before your project starts. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the above address. Balances for June projects are due May 1st, 2009. Balances for July projects are due on June 1st, 2009. Any balance that is not paid by 15 days following the due date is subject to a $10 per participant penalty. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURE AT PROJECTS.
