Terms and Conditions : All deposits are due no later than February 1st, 2009.  Balances are refundable up to 30 days before your project starts. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the above address. Balances for June projects are due May 1st, 2009.  Balances for July projects are due on June 1st, 2009.  Delinquent churches will be in jeopardy of losing their reservations for the Mission Serve projects in which they have registered.
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURE AT PROJECTS.
