Mission Serve Registration is EASY!
1. Register Online or over the phone (1.888.421.4408 ext. 89) with your Mission Serve representative.
2. Print Mission Serve participant forms for each of your participants and leaders.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
TOTAL COST PER PARTICIPANT, INCLUDING DEPOSIT
All summer projects for 2010 are $250.00/ $260 per participant depending on the project. (For Alaska, New York, Guatemala and Spring Break project prices, see project pages) A $50.00 deposit is due by February 1st. June project balances must be paid by May 1st and July project balanced must be paid by June 1st.
NOTE: Mission Serve is offering $10 off per participant for any group that registers before October 1, 2009. In addition, any group that is more that 1 month late on paying their final balance is subject to a $10 per person penalty.
WHAT REGISTRATION COVERS Lodging Meals at project T Shirt and nail apron for each participant (to be given at the project) Speakers and music Secondary accident insurance Program materials Experienced leadership at project Building Materials Pre-project planning logistics Registration does not include travel to and from project locations.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DEADLINES A registration deposit of $50.00 per participant in your group is due February 1, 2010.
Please pay the balance of fees and send in your Group Information Form according to the schedule below. May 1 for projects beginning in June June 1 for projects beginning in July
After the payment deadline, late paying churches will be in jeopardy of losing their reservations for the Mission Serve projects in which they have registered. Groups are also subject to a $10 per person penalty for any groups that is more than 1 month late in paying their balance.
Registration for all 2010 projects begins June 1, 2009.
From June 1, 2009-January 31, 2010 you may register your group with no deposit at time of registration. A $50 per person deposit for the number of participants you register must be postmarked no later than February 1, 2009. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable to the balance after that date.
After February 1, all registrations must include a $50 per person deposit in order to register your group. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable to the balance after February 1. Each project is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Balance payments are refundable up to 30 days before your project starts. This does not include the $50 non refundable deposit.
