Serve 365 is a year round fully customizable mission experience for youth and adults. This can be done by groups of 30 or less in specific locations such as Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL, or by larger groups in select cities around the globe.

| What exactly does fully customizable mean? |

When Serve 365 says that each trip is fully customizable, it means exactly that. The group leader picks the location that they will serve, what type of ministry they want to be involved, what meals or lodging they would prefer SMG to provide if any and what other extra program elements, such a pictures, video, worship, tshirt, and website they would want for their project.

| What are construction captains? |

Construction
Captains are non-paying participants who are enlisted by the
construction coordinator from the groups attending the project. The
individuals fill out an application and once they are approved and a
background check on them has been completed then they can serve as construction captains. Each group participating in a Serve 365 project is required to bring 1 qualified construction captain for every 10 participants. If a group does does not bring enough construction captains then a extra charge may be added to the group's fee.

| How does Serve 365 set the price for each trip? |

Serve 365 uses a variety of factors when setting the price for each trip. Each cost depends on what the individual group requires, such as meals needed, type of lodging and number of nights, and what extra program elements the group requires. Once a group has shown interest in a trip/location, then Serve 365 will give them a rough estimate of the trip's cost after a few days.

Once you have narrowed down a list of locations that you would be interested in serving, then you can call 1888-421-4408 or email Serve 365 and we will begin working on a price for your trip. Please have the dates and details of your trip ready when you contact us. This will help us to expedite your price and get our details back to you as soon as possible.

| How do I register for a Serve 365 trip? |

The best way to register for a Serve 365 trip is over the phone at 1888-421-4408. This way we can make sure all the details of your trip are exactly as you want it. The last step of the registration process involves a signed contract between Serve 365 and the individual group. This contract will spell out all the details of the trip as well as deadlines for payment. This contract will aslo include a non-refundable church deposit, that can be transferred to the individual deposits. Once this church deposit is paid and the contract is signed, you will be officially registered for a Serve 365 trip.
